He rents a room at a country club hall or uses his parents' Dallas home to perform circumcisions assembly-line fashion. He considers himself an expert and brags that he has corrected botched circumcisions performed by pediatric urologists. Roosevelt Taylor, Jr., MD a Dallas OB/GYN who in September 1997 circumcised a boy without parental consent. The boy, whose father and older brothers are intact, is now 3 and 1/2 years old.
