Wrongful Circumcision
The firm is one of the very few firms in the U.S. which regularly represents the victims of wrongful circumcision and improperly performed circumcision. In 1995 we obtained a verdict for $65,000 in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama, for a child who had been circumcised against his mother's wishes when he was a newborn. Since then we have assisted in obtaining settlements for two children and one adult who were the victims of the same tort. We have presently pending two cases for children in different states.
