Dr. Lasby amputated my healthy foreskin. There was nothing wrong with it, there was no medical justification for removing it.

I have found that this unconsented surgical procedure has harmed me greatly.

Please tell me how you will ensure that this will not happen to any more infants.

Dear Mr. Burlingame:

The Department of Health has reviewed you complaint concerning Dr. Lasby. Dr. Lasby has not had a license to practiced medicine in the State of Washington since May, 1978. Since Dr. Lasby is not currently licensed, the Medical Quality Assurance Commission does not have jurisdiction in this matter. For this reason a complaint will not be opened or investigated.

I am not aware of any state agency of organization that has jurisdiction over your 47 year old complaint.
